Whether building a base in the offseason or staying sharp during competition, our programs are designed to support youth athletes as they grow, compete, and thrive.

Reach New Levels of Performance

We help youth athletes build strong foundations in movement, strength, and confidence. Led by our physical therapist, Joey Domek, a football coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), youth athletes will be introduced to scientifically grounded performance training so they can play hard, stay safe, and grow into their full potential.

*Our July 2025 cohorts will be catered to high school football, basketball, and volleyball, and middle school introduction to weightlifting.

Athletes will explore essential principles of movement and fueling their bodies for performance.

Educational Environment

Both in-season and off-season support are provided so athletes learn to move better, train smart, and stay game-ready.

Our Approach

  • Athletes learn proper movement mechanics and lifting technique to build strength safely and confidently, laying the foundation for long-term performance and reducing risk of injury.

  • Training focuses on explosive power, speed, and strength using proven methods tailored to each athlete’s age, ability, and sport-specific demands.

  • We align each athlete’s training with their sports season to maximize strength gains in the off-season, maintain performance in-season, and support recovery during transitional periods.

  • Tuition will include an education session for both parents and athletes that will review nutritional considerations specific to promoting optimal fueling for performance.
